When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days of receiving full payment, If you have not received any updates within 7 working days from order confirmed, please contact us to check on the status of your order. After placing your order, our team works as fast as possible to verify all order information. When everything is ready, we will update your tracking number and notify you. In the case that an order is made on an out-of-stock item, one of our friendly customer service representatives will contact you. At that time, you may choose to wait for restocking or cancel the order.

The estimated delivery time is 3-7 working days. If you have not received your orders 7 days after the dispatch notification, please contact us to check on the status of your order.

Can I make changes to my order?

Orders cannot be change once dispatched. To make a change before dispatch, please email us on service_dtc@yadea.com as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request.

How can I track my order?

There are 2 simple ways to track your package.

When your package is ready for shipment, Yadea will send you a tracking number. The first way to track a package with this number is with Google, Yahoo, or any search engine. Complete an internet search using the number provided and the words ‘tracking number’ followed by the carrier’s name. For example: ‘1Z9999999999999999 tracking number UPS’. The second option is to go directly to the carrier site and search the tracking number there.
